A year after being presented at Expo 2025 Osaka, we are pleased to announce the publication of the official catalogue for Design Beyond Things.

This comprehensive publication documents the first exhibition on European design organised by the European Union. It offers a permanent archive of the projects by over 30 leading designers from 17 European countries, displayed across the EU and Baltics Pavilions from August 31 to September 13, 2025.

The catalogue also features original essays by Jean-Eric Paquet, Juli Capella, Setsu Ito, Francesco Zurlo, Main curator and coordinator of the EU Cultural Programme at Expo Osaka 2025 Gaia Danese, and co-curators Patrizia Catalano and Miriam Giordano, alongside detailed insights into the spatial design framework by architect Antonio La Gioia and Hiroshi Kawaguchi and the video installation by Steve Piccolo.
